Together with Joris van Uffelen, Ernst Fender launched the company in 2017

Fender is the leading staffing agency for installation engineering and rope access work. Ernst knows the market inside and out, first as a recruiter and now as the owner. Together with Joris van Uffelen, his childhood friend and co-founder, he built Fender from the ground up in Ridderkerk. Not as a large agency with long chains of command, but as a close-knit team that knows its people personally.

Our approach was clear from day one: the right person in the right place. No rushed placements, no empty promises. If we don’t have the right person right away, we’ll just say so. Honesty is the best policy, and that’s reflected in the relationships Fender has maintained for years with professionals and clients.
